Introduction to the Association: The Fujian Association of Canada was established in May 2010. Our purpose is: to contact Fujian villagers living in Canada, to get together nostalgia, mutual help and love; to unite Chinese and overseas Chinese from all walks of life, and to strengthen exchanges between Fujianese and overseas Chinese communities ; Promote Chinese culture in the spirit of Canadian multiculturalism; enhance the understanding of Fujian’s rural history and culture by other ethnic groups in Canada.
